About the Company

Pliant is a European fintech specializing in B2B payment solutions. Our modular, API-first platform helps businesses streamline spending, improve cash flow, and integrate payments into their financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Pliant Assistant and AI-enabled spend intelligence experiences
• Build natural-language and assistant experiences that allow users to ask questions about company spend and financial data
• Partner closely with Engineering and Data on structured data models, pipelines, evaluation, and reliability for trustworthy AI products
• Define and monitor KPIs such as assistant adoption and measurable spend optimization

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or AI/ML
• Strong technical fluency with experience in complex systems involving data, workflows, or APIs
• Proven track record of shipping products that are adopted in real workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in platform or infrastructure-heavy environments
• Fluency in other European languages
• Deep understanding of AI/ML limitations, risks, and failure modes
