Product Manager

Pluribus Digital partners with government customers to design, develop, and deliver impactful digital products. We are a hands-on digital services consultancy solving complex challenges across healthcare, financial regulation, identity management, and digital government services.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with CMS modernization priorities
• Partner with government stakeholders to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into product outcomes
• Lead cross-functional Agile teams through product planning, backlog refinement, and sprint planning
• Develop and maintain well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with engineering and data teams to define requirements for data-intensive applications, APIs, and system integrations
• Build trusted relationships with Product Owners, government leadership, and technical teams
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Manager leading Agile teams
• Experience delivering enterprise software products supporting complex business processes and large datasets
• Experience with application modernization in federal or highly regulated environments
• Proficiency managing product backlogs and roadmaps using Jira and Confluence
• Strong understanding of APIs, systems integrations, and cloud-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile Product Management certification (PSPO, CSPO, POPM, or equivalent)
• Experience supporting CMS or other federal healthcare modernization programs
• Experience working with healthcare, regulatory, or insurance data
• Familiarity with cloud-native platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
