Product Manager (PM) - AI x EdTech - French fluent

Responsibilities

• Translate founder’s strategic vision into actionable product strategy and roadmap.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap to connect business goals, user outcomes, and tech innovation.
• Lead cross-functional teams in creating features that drive the evolution of the Paradox OS ecosystem.
• Engage regularly with users, analyze patterns, and iterate on MVPs using Lean methodology.
• Design, execute, and measure experiments, defining success metrics around activation, retention, and transformation.
• Utilize behavioral science, coaching psychology, and learning design principles for continuous product improvement.
• Prototype and iterate AI-powered experiences and adaptive learning journeys.
• Oversee product data tracking, analytics, and impact measurement to demonstrate transformation and inform marketing.
• Champion a science-backed, cinematic, and contrarian product experience that blends emotional and analytical value.

Requirements

• 3–6 years as Product Manager or Product Owner in EdTech, SaaS, or Consumer Tech
• Experience shipping at least one feature/product end-to-end with measurable results
• Strong command of Figma (prototyping directly)
• Native French and fluent English (spoken and written communication)
• Analytical, system thinking, outcome-driven mindset
• Passion for behavioral science, design, and AI-driven technologies
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and innovation in a fast-paced, high-standard environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven products in education, learning design, or personal development platforms
• Ability to build AI Agents or demonstrated ability to learn while doing
• Ability to move between vision, spreadsheets, and design tools
• Cross-disciplinary curiosity (tech, business, design, psychology)
