Product Manager, Point of Sale

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the mortgage Point of Sale platform
• Lead the borrower experience from application through verification and closing
• Improve and streamline workflows for loan officers, processors, and mortgage operations teams
• Enable real estate agent experiences that support referrals and lender partnerships
• Manage API integrations with third-party mortgage service providers and partners
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation to align cross-functional teams
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver and iterate on product features
• Ensure product experiences comply with mortgage regulations and operational requirements
• Own backlog prioritization, sequencing, and feature delivery decisions
• Use data, customer feedback, and market insight to inform product direction and prioritization

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping B2B SaaS products end-to-end
• Ability to thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong product documentation and communication skills
• Experience managing technical product work and API integrations
• Ability to balance speed of execution with reliability and quality
