Job description
Responsibilities
- Standardize commercial processes across deal management, sales lifecycle, renewals, reporting, and KPI visibility
- Establish scalable systems of record and improve data quality, governance, and reporting consistency
- Design, prototype, and implement AI-powered tools and workflows for commercial teams
- Partner with sales, account management, marketing, finance, and leadership to identify improvement opportunities
- Support evolution of CRM and GTM platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.io
- Drive adoption of practical solutions aligned to how commercial teams work
Requirements
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging AI tools and technologies
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Interest in commercial operations, go-to-market functions, and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting experience
- GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations experience
- Experience working closely with sales, account management, or commercial organizations
- Experience in high-growth or scaling environments
- Familiarity with CRM and GTM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach.io

- Target base salary of $110,000–$120,000 USD
