Job description

Responsibilities

  • Standardize commercial processes across deal management, sales lifecycle, renewals, reporting, and KPI visibility
  • Establish scalable systems of record and improve data quality, governance, and reporting consistency
  • Design, prototype, and implement AI-powered tools and workflows for commercial teams
  • Partner with sales, account management, marketing, finance, and leadership to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support evolution of CRM and GTM platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.io
  • Drive adoption of practical solutions aligned to how commercial teams work

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging AI tools and technologies
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Interest in commercial operations, go-to-market functions, and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consulting experience
  • GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations experience
  • Experience working closely with sales, account management, or commercial organizations
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling environments
  • Familiarity with CRM and GTM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach.io
