Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Turn product direction into shipped software by translating goals into clear, buildable specs with defined requirements.
• Drive cross-functional delivery by leading engineering, design, and QA teams from problem to launch.
• Manage scope, timelines, and dependencies while surfacing risks early to keep leadership informed.
• Partner with QA and engineering to ensure high quality standards are met before shipping.
• Pressure-test concepts using user feedback, prototypes, and data to bring well-formed proposals to leadership.
• Define and instrument metrics to measure the impact of shipped features and report on results.
• Maintain clear communication with partner teams regarding status, blockers, and trade-offs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in product management or an adjacent role such as engineering, design, or program management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to keep complex work on track.
• Data literacy with the ability to interpret metrics and ask the right analytical questions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and modern product tooling.
• A low-ego, high-ownership mindset with a desire to learn from senior leadership.
