Product Manager, Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy for Wahed's real estate crowdfunding vertical, driving AUM growth and user retention
• Localize and launch real estate products across global markets, navigating diverse regulatory frameworks
• Optimize the end-to-end investor journey from property discovery through portfolio tracking and dividend distribution
• Partner with Real Estate Investments, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to digitize complex asset-backed workflows
• Analyze investment patterns and user behavior to optimize conversion funnels and product-market fit

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in FinTech, banking, or financial services
• Demonstrated success shipping customer-facing B2C products
• Experience in digital banking, payments, cards, or user wallets preferred
• Strong familiarity with Agile product development processes
• Proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and metrics-driven decision-making
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, design, compliance, and business teams
• Startup mentality: hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity
