Product Manager, Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for first-party and third-party risk management
• Define and drive delivery of features across the full risk lifecycle
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to translate GRC requirements into product specs
• Conduct customer discovery through interviews, feedback sessions, and data analysis
• Monitor product metrics and usage patterns to validate new ideas
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success for effective feature positioning
• Represent Hyperproof as a subject matter expert in risk management

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Excellent communication and alignment skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience writing clear product specs and user stories
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in GRC or cybersecurity domains
• Familiarity with third-party risk management or vendor assessment workflows
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF
• Experience shipping AI-assisted or AI-enabled product features
