Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for tenant lifecycle management, including provisioning, deployment, upgrades, and rollbacks
• Define and improve partner tooling for implementations, migrations, and environment access
• Productize hosting capabilities such as environment tiers, SLAs, observability, and performance options
• Drive automation of deployment orchestration and release management
• Partner with SRE and Engineering to improve reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Define and track KPIs including deployment lead time, environment uptime, MTTR, and hosting cost per tenant
• Work with Customer Success and Implementation teams to reduce onboarding effort and improve time-to-go-live
• Ensure security, compliance, and auditability across all partner and internal tooling

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS infrastructure, DevOps tooling, hosting, or internal platforms
• Experience with cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure
• Experience with containerized deployments and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience supporting implementation partners or enterprise customer onboarding
• Strong understanding of SaaS operations metrics such as SLO, uptime, and cost per tenant

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ERP-integrated SaaS or ecommerce platforms
• Experience working with partner ecosystems or implementation tooling
