Product Manager - Security & Trust

Responsibilities

• Set the security agenda and lead the platform security roadmap end-to-end
• Balance security controls with developer experience to minimize friction
• Lead security strategy for AI agents, including authentication and auditing
• Own the security product surface including firewalls, audit logs, and Supabase Vault
• Define the unified access model across roles, permissions, SSO, and SCIM
• Drive the compliance roadmap for SOC2, HIPAA, and future certifications
• Act as the customer's voice for security by engaging with enterprise prospects and CISOs
• Create high-quality security documentation and guides

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management focused on security, identity, infrastructure, or developer platforms
• Deep knowledge of authentication, authorization (RBAC, RLS), audit logging, and OAuth
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving RFCs
• Exceptional written communication skills for technical and customer-facing content
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, asynchronous environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in compliance frameworks like SOC2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI, or FedRAMP
• Technical depth in Postgres, authentication systems, or networking primitives
• Experience designing access models for AI agents or automated systems
• Experience shipping security features for enterprise adoption
