Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for AI/ML clinical documentation solutions
• Translate product vision into clear specifications and documentation
• Maintain and prioritize a product backlog of user stories and features
• Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch using agile best practices
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers on model details and architecture
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and measure success within an agile framework

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a software environment
• Strong technical fundamentals and comfort working with engineering teams
• Working knowledge of hospital billing, professional billing, and provider reimbursement workflows
• Experience with analytics, SaaS, or data-driven solutions in healthcare or regulated settings
• Familiarity with machine learning, AI concepts, APIs, and third-party integrations
• Proficiency in agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's degree required (Business or Computer Science preferred)
