Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own bi-weekly sprint planning and engineering delivery visibility
• Manage specs, backlog, and sprint-level product decisions for the homeowner funnel and portal
• Execute experimentation cadence on the acquisition funnel through hypotheses and analysis
• Diagnose drop-off and friction points across the application journey
• Conduct user discovery with homeowners and teammates to inform the roadmap
• Partner with design on usability and product operations on field feedback

Requirements

• 4-6 years in product management with consumer-facing experience
• Experience planning and coordinating engineering sprints
• Demonstrated success in conversion or growth work for consumer products
• Proficiency with product analytics and self-serving funnel data
• Strong written communication skills for technical specifications
• Experience in a startup or growth-stage environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, consumer lending, or regulated consumer products
• Experience with products involving major life-financial decisions
