Responsibilities

• Communicate and document card scheme rules, releases, and programs related to issuance strategically
• Promote exchanges with internal teams (product, technology, risk, compliance) and external partners to ensure adherence to requirements
• Analyze bulletins from processors, card schemes, and regulators to identify impacts, risks, and opportunities
• Map internal stakeholders impacted by new requirements or regulatory changes
• Develop action plans and strategies for implementing new programs and regulatory changes
• Monitor payment market trends to contribute to product evolution
• Produce support materials such as guides, presentations, and FAQs to facilitate change implementation

Requirements

• English proficiency
• Analytical capacity to interpret technical and regulatory documents
• Strong oral and written communication skills for translating complex content into objective messages

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Jira
