Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy by identifying key users and problems
• Synthesize messy, conflicting inputs into clear direction
• Make hard prioritization calls to focus on mission-critical tasks
• Own product direction end-to-end from ambiguous problems to delivery
• Work directly with users to build intuition for real-world workflows
• Partner with engineering to shape impactful and technically sound solutions
• Drive alignment across stakeholders in ambiguous situations

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategy ownership within ambiguous spaces
• Strong product judgment and prioritization skills
• Ability to separate signal from noise in incomplete datasets
• Experience operating and shipping products under real-world constraints
• Comfort building trust with users in operational environments
• High ownership and a strong bias toward action
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering teams
• Clear and direct communication skills
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
• Willingness to travel onsite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with defense, intelligence, or mission-driven users
• Experience with data-intensive products like search or analytics
• Proficiency with product analytics and SQL
• Experience with rapid prototyping using Figma or AI tools
• Exposure to high-security or constrained environments
