Product Manager

About the Company

Vector builds mobile and web technology that makes freight move faster. Our platform is used by warehouses, distribution centers, and carriers to streamline check-ins, appointments, dock scheduling, and driver workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for deploying and administering Vector at enterprise scale
• Identify untapped strategies and efficiencies to streamline and accelerate development cycles as an embedded partner within Solutions Engineering
• Prioritize projects based on business strategy and user value
• Communicate prioritization to stakeholders and drive consensus
• Work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and other team members on business cases, requirements, and launch
• Work directly with clients to unearth pain points and understand needs
• Communicate the how and why for features to the rest of the company

Requirements

• Previous experience in enterprise / B2B SaaS product management
• Track record of execution in project management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with data-driven decision making skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment and handle ambiguity
• Exceptional customer focus and active listening skills
