Responsibilities

• Ensure profit on additional platforms by identifying the most promising platforms for game porting
• Formulate and manage the platform expansion roadmap
• Validate project profitability on new platforms and oversee the porting process
• Analyze project performance across platforms and report to stakeholders
• Identify growth opportunities to increase platform-specific revenue
• Build and lead a high-performing team capable of rapid execution
• Coordinate development and marketing teams effectively
• Provide feedback and participate in performance reviews

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the Smart TV market and other platforms (primarily USA)
• Understanding of platform specifics such as Tizen, WebOS, Roku TV, etc.
• Expertise in monetization strategies
• Strong understanding of monetization and product metrics with data-driven decision-making skills
• High level of autonomy and ownership over the direction
• Leadership skills to inspire teams and maintain a high work tempo
