Responsibilities

• Define and manage product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
• Champion user-centered design principles across the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to understand customer pain points
• Create and manage a product roadmap based on vision and strategy
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success for successful product launches
• Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to prioritize improvements
• Lead product release plans and set delivery expectations
• Anticipate industry shifts and emerging technologies to develop long-term strategy

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience with UX/UI design
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe, and Balsamiq
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
• Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability tests
• Experience writing business and technical requirements
• Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
