Product Manager - Whiteshield

Responsibilities

• Develop a product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with business goals.
• Lead discovery activities to define and break down policy problems, ideate product solutions, and drive innovation.
• Conduct user and market research including competitor analysis and stakeholder interviews to inform product decisions.
• Design and execute experiments to validate product requirements.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear specifications for engineering, design, and QA teams.
• Manage product lifecycle: ideation, development, testing, launch, and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, UI/UX designers, business analysts, data scientists, QA).
• Drive continuous improvement via performance management, KPIs, and data analytics.
• Manage client interactions and partner relationships on product side as needed.

Requirements

• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Multiple years of experience in product management, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth, innovative environments.
• Proven track record developing consumer-facing mobile products from scratch.
• Proficiency with relevant tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Figma).
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI technologies, building and integrating AI features.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills; resilience under pressure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with stakeholder management experience.
