Product Manager - Whiteshield

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead product discovery, user research, and stakeholder interviews to validate problems and solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications for engineering, design, and QA.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, QA, policy, ops) to deliver features.
• Design and run experiments (A/B tests, user experiments) to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Build and monitor KPIs and data ecosystems to inform continuous improvement.
• Manage client/product counterpart interactions and represent the product in stakeholder meetings.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or related field
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced product environments
• Proven track record delivering measurable impact through product experiments and analytics
