Product Manager (work-from-home)

Description Hey! We're a fast-growing startup in the recruiting space, looking to hire our first Product Manager (work-from-home). This role is a mix of Product Management + UX. If you're creative, self-directed, and speak quickly, you might be a good fit ;)

Responsibilities

• Lead problem scoping, UX brainstorming, and creation of new revenue-generating products.
• Collaborate with a UI designer + eng. team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with our exec, recruiting, marketing, and sales team for cross-functional solutions.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in building web applications.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience managing teams of designers and developers.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in marketplaces, agencies, content, staffing, or recruiting is a plus.
• Ability to manage budgets and make data-driven decisions.
