Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce pipeline-accelerating content, including pitch decks, presentations, product marketing collateral (feature guides, product visuals), and partner marketing materials for key sales opportunities.
  • Support sales enablement initiatives by creating visually compelling and customized assets for account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, pipeline acceleration efforts, and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop high-quality materials for critical marketing initiatives such as product launches, strategic events, and bespoke customer presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and partnerships teams to understand buyer needs, deal context, district priorities, and funding requirements, translating these into effective visual storytelling and assets.
  • Establish and refine efficient systems and workflows to scale custom, high-touch content execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with brand, content, and product marketing teams to maintain and evolve the company's brand presence and visual identity across all materials.
  • Contribute to the development of product animation and product video production strategies and execution.
  • Ensure consistent visual quality and adherence to brand guidelines across all custom and scaled marketing and sales assets.
  • Manage multiple key projects and stakeholders simultaneously, responding quickly to feedback and iterating on designs to produce polished, impactful output.
  • Balance the need for efficiency and scale with the requirement for customization, strategically deciding when to create net-new assets versus adapting existing ones.
  • Communicate the availability and effective use of new, scalable materials cross-functionally to maximize output and systematic adoption.
  • Measure and report on the impact of design deliverables on key business metrics to inform future content formats and approaches for specific audiences and segments.

Requirements

  • Exceptional visual design skills, including a strong understanding of information hierarchy and modern design sensibilities.
  • Proficiency in presentation design software (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote).
  • Demonstrated capabilities in motion design, encompassing both video production and animation techniques.
  • Experience with print design principles and execution.
  • Ability to translate complex business and product concepts into clear, compelling visuals and effective storytelling.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and stakeholders concurrently and respond promptly.
  • Excellent and clear communication skills, with a collaborative and open mindset to incorporate diverse feedback into polished deliverables.
  • High standards for quality, resourcefulness, and curiosity, with a keen eye for editing and simplification.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with productivity suites like Microsoft Office Suite and Keynote.
  • Experience with business tools such as Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience specifically within the B2B SaaS industry, understanding its unique sales cycles and marketing demands.
  • Prior experience in a sales enablement or GTM marketing function.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Basic understanding of video editing software.
  • Experience with CRM systems beyond Salesforce for context.
