Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for product launches, ensuring market clarity and impact.
- Craft compelling product positioning and messaging, especially for complex AI features.
- Develop sales enablement materials such as training, playbooks, and battlecards.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and CX to drive adoption and uptake of new features and products.
- Integrate market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis into product planning.
- Own GTM budgets and track ROI to maximize efficiency and outcomes.
- Continuously research industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Align with Product team on roadmap priorities and launches.
- Draft launch briefs and positioning documents for cross-functional teams.
- Test and refine messaging with Marketing for campaigns.
- Train Sales and CX on product benefits and use cases.
- Track adoption metrics and optimize strategy post-launch.
- Share competitor and market updates across teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years product marketing or GTM experience (SaaS/AI strongly preferred).
- Proven record launching products and driving adoption.
- Expertise in positioning, storytelling, GTM execution, and sales enablement.
- Experience with in-app comms tools (Intercom, UserPilot) and analytics (Heap, Mixpanel).
- Bias for action: fast mover and learner.
- Arabic fluency; strong English proficiency.
- Location: Onsite in KSA preferred, remote possible from Egypt, UAE, Qatar, or Jordan.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience shaping and launching ambitious AI product lines.
- Background in customer experience technology for the MENA market.
- Direct collaboration with senior product leaders.
- Flexibility to work remotely across MENA; KSA-based collaboration preferred.
