About the Company
Overflow is a Series C, growth-stage fintech and SaaS platform on a mission to inspire the world to give. We build the infrastructure that makes generosity frictionless for churches, nonprofits, and mission-driven institutions.
Responsibilities
- Own product positioning and messaging across all segments, from starter churches to enterprise ministries
- Build and maintain a messaging framework that translates product capabilities into compelling narratives
- Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for all product launches, including AI-powered tools and new payment methods
- Build the sales enablement toolkit, including battlecards, pitch decks, and objection handling guides
- Develop a customer marketing engine through case studies, testimonials, and social proof
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive research to inform product and sales strategy
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure successful product adoption and revenue impact
Requirements
- 4–6 years of product marketing experience, ideally in growth-stage B2B SaaS
- Proven experience building a PMM function or operating as an early product marketer
- Strong command of positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy
- Experience creating sales enablement assets with measurable impact
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional product launches
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills for non-technical buyers
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for strategic decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
- Familiarity with the church, nonprofit, or faith-based technology space
- Experience with both product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led motions
- Background in marketing products driven by upsell and expansion revenue
- Experience with pricing and packaging strategy
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered product features
