About the Company

Overflow is a Series C, growth-stage fintech and SaaS platform on a mission to inspire the world to give. We build the infrastructure that makes generosity frictionless for churches, nonprofits, and mission-driven institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and messaging across all segments, from starter churches to enterprise ministries
  • Build and maintain a messaging framework that translates product capabilities into compelling narratives
  • Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for all product launches, including AI-powered tools and new payment methods
  • Build the sales enablement toolkit, including battlecards, pitch decks, and objection handling guides
  • Develop a customer marketing engine through case studies, testimonials, and social proof
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitive research to inform product and sales strategy
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure successful product adoption and revenue impact

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of product marketing experience, ideally in growth-stage B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience building a PMM function or operating as an early product marketer
  • Strong command of positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy
  • Experience creating sales enablement assets with measurable impact
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional product launches
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills for non-technical buyers
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for strategic decisions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
  • Familiarity with the church, nonprofit, or faith-based technology space
  • Experience with both product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led motions
  • Background in marketing products driven by upsell and expansion revenue
  • Experience with pricing and packaging strategy
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered product features
