Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Support advisor-facing enablement and marketing strategies for enterprise partner programs
• Develop partner-specific campaigns, collateral, presentations, and engagement frameworks
• Execute programs to increase advisor engagement, adoption, and retention
• Tailor positioning and messaging to align with enterprise partner workflows and segmentation
• Act as a strategic marketing partner to Enterprise Relationship Managers
• Translate product launches and platform enhancements into actionable partner communications
• Leverage AI to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of marketing and enablement initiatives
• Synthesize feedback from enterprise partners to identify engagement opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing
• Experience supporting enterprise partner or institutional marketing initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate complex products into compelling narratives
• Experience collaborating across Product, Sales, and Operations
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision making
• Experience measuring campaign effectiveness and adoption metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Experience in financial services or wealth management
• Exposure to AI tools and marketing technologies
