About the Company

Somnia is the Agentic Chain - a hyper-performance L1 operating at an order of magnitude faster than existing networks. Developed by the Somnia Foundation and backed by Improbable, Somnia facilitates a new wave of on-chain applications from DEX to Prediction Protocols. Prophecy is Somnia's flagship prediction protocol designed for sub-second markets and AI-resolved outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end positioning and messaging for Prophecy, translating technical primitives into sharp narratives for traders and builders.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for mainnet milestones, new market categories, and agent integrations.
  • Define and execute the marketing roadmap in coordination with product and community leads.
  • Design and execute programs to grow the qualified builder base.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and market research involving traders, builders, and KOLs.
  • Brief and produce high-quality content including launch threads, research notes, and explainer videos.
  • Partner with communications on press, podcasts, and thought leadership.
  • Define KPIs and own weekly reporting to optimize marketing performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing, with at least 2 years on a consumer-facing Web3 product.
  • Crypto-native with deep understanding of on-chain UX, CLOB vs AMM, and token incentive design.
  • Proven track record of owning end-to-end product launches.
  • Exceptional narrative instinct and ability to simplify complex technical specifications.
  • Quantitative fluency and ability to frame campaigns around data-driven hypotheses.
  • Operator mindset with the ability to execute tasks independently.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with prediction markets.
  • A public footprint in the crypto space (X, Mirror, podcasts, or conferences).
  • Experience managing GTM for token launches (TGE, airdrops).
  • Experience building or shipping agent-based or AI-native consumer products.
