Product Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Support product launches by coordinating go-to-market activities and creating training materials
• Coordinate discussions between integration partners and engineering teams
• Synthesize qualitative user feedback from clinics and pet parents to inform product decisions
• Maintain product documentation including PRDs, user stories, and release notes
• Monitor product performance dashboards and report on key KPIs
• Manage sprint planning logistics, backlog grooming, and cross-team communication
• Assist with quality assurance testing and document bugs or edge cases

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, or project coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SaaS products
• Experience in healthcare or veterinary technology
• Experience in customer-facing roles
