Product Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Deliver mission impact with Special Activities and Information Operations products
• Curate insights from generated data using geopolitical analysis and AI/ML tools
• Improve operational processes including tradecraft, vendor management, and technology integration
• Lead high-impact customer interactions and mission demonstrations
• Travel to customer locations approximately 30% of the time

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in intelligence or geopolitical analysis
• Experience using software for data analysis or customer success for defense/intelligence products
• Deep understanding of geopolitical trends and ongoing world events
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations with multiple stakeholders
• Active TS/SCI clearance is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain experience in national security analysis
• Experience in polling/population data analysis
• Media or social media expertise
