Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own first-line review of inbound bug reports and operational issues, including reproduction and validation
• Route validated issues to engineering with complete, well-formed tickets
• Build and run a product enablement program including release training and documentation
• Verify feature adoption after launch and close gaps with analytics and engineering teams
• Instrument the intake system to categorize and trend reports
• Extend project management tools and workflows for intake, triage, and enablement
• Run product team operating cadences such as QBR preparation and delivery handoffs

Requirements

• 5–8 years in product operations, product management, technical program management, or product support
• Strong technical experience within a SaaS organization
• Proven experience standing up a function or process from scratch at a scaling company
• Technical familiarity with Salesforce or the Node/React/Next/Postgres ecosystem
• Experience driving adoption or enablement with non-technical audiences
• Data-fluent with ability to trend and use data for cross-functional alignment
• Experience working in a startup or growth-stage company

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, lending, or regulated industries
• Experience with ClickUp or similar work-management platforms as an admin
• Experience building triage, escalation, or support processes with SLAs
• Salesforce experience or certifications
• Prior Product Management experience
