Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Own a product domain end-to-end, including vision, roadmap, delivery, and business outcomes
• Translate company strategy into a prioritized, sequenced product backlog
• Define key success metrics and run continuous feedback loops to ensure business impact
• Lead customer discovery and validation (CustDev) to ensure demand before development
• Write clear, testable product requirements including problem statements and acceptance criteria
• Partner with Marketing, Risk, Operations, Collections, and Legal to deliver business outcomes
• Provide data-driven reporting through funnel and cohort analysis and experiment results

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2C environment
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes (conversion, revenue, retention)
• Expertise in product discovery, CustDev, and backlog management
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, funnels, and cohorts
• Experience in FinTech, Consumer Lending, BNPL, E-commerce, Marketplace, or similar high-volume B2C industries
• Fluent English with experience in remote, distributed teams
