About the Company

SOFTSWISS is a fast-growing international product company building one of the leading Sportsbook platforms in the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical complexity
• Drive feature delivery from discovery through release and post-launch evaluation
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, CRM, and Operations teams
• Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare structured product documentation including Product Vision and BRDs
• Define acceptance criteria and maintain transparency around delivery timelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital products
• Experience in Sportsbook, Betting, or iGaming products
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong skills in backlog management and requirements definition
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Google, and Slack
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of sportsbook mechanics, odds, and betting flows
• Experience with A/B testing and product analytics tools
• Technical understanding of APIs and integrations
• Experience working with high-load or real-time systems
