Responsibilities

• Cascade the product map: translate high-level product strategy into epics, requirements, and clear deliverables for the teams.
• Own context: deeply understand the business goals, user needs, market, and regulatory constraints.
• Prioritize ruthlessly: keep the backlog focused on what moves the product forward and challenge scope.
• Drive delivery: track progress against timelines, surface risks and blockers early, and ensure commitments are met.
• Business analysis: dig into data, user flows, and edge cases; write clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Cross-functional work: align Engineering, Design, Legal/Compliance, Marketing, and Project teams around shared goals.
• Reporting: keep executives updated on progress, trade-offs, and decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product experience (Product Owner / Product Manager) in fintech, crypto, or payments.
• Solid understanding of crypto products including wallets, on/off-ramps, cards, and trading.
• Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering and user flows.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams.
• Strong execution discipline to turn fuzzy goals into shippable plans.
• Excellent English communication skills.
