Product R&D Formulation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep market and ingredient research across Amazon, Instagram, beauty communities, and viral/organic products
• Determine ingredient efficacy and decide on additions, strengths, or removals
• Reformulate and iteratively improve existing products and innovate new ones
• Coordinate directly with international suppliers to adjust formulations and drive execution
• Build a systemized, structured approach to ingredient research and formulation decisions

Requirements

• Strong foundational methodology for market and ingredient research
• Sharp decision-making regarding ingredient efficacy
• Comfort coordinating with international suppliers
• Perfect command of English with clear verbal and written communication
• Strong understanding of Western culture
• Proactive and relentless follow-up skills

• Cosmetics or skincare industry experience
