Job description
Responsibilities
- Help schedule and coordinate research sessions with Arabic-speaking users in the Middle East, specifically the GCC and Egypt regions
- Conduct research and bridge translation and cultural gaps between the US-based team and Middle Eastern users
- Help distill learnings to influence the product roadmap
Requirements
- Native-level Arabic fluency (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Solid understanding of Middle Eastern culture
- Current college student over the age of 18
- Strong written skills in both Arabic and English
- Highly organized with ability to coordinate schedules and timing
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Availability to work 15 hours per week
