Product Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and prioritize product requirements
• Capture, document, and communicate client requirements to the core team
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies across cross-functional teams
• Develop and perform effective test strategies to ensure feature quality
• Document technical specifications and maintain stakeholder communication
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and client training on software tools
• Optimize AI utilization and drive continuous improvement in workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar technical field
• 2-3 years of experience in an engineering role
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code in React or Python
• Experience with web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and web APIs
• Proficiency in AI model monitoring, data validation, and automation tooling
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Python, SQL, and CI/CD (Docker, AWS)
• Knowledge of LLM model evaluation, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLflow, Airflow, Langchain, or Pydantic-AI
• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles
