Product/Corporate Counsel

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel on product development involving stablecoins, payments, blockchain technology, and digital asset services
• Advise on complex financial services regulations, BSA/AML/CFT compliance, sanctions, intellectual property, data privacy, and cybersecurity
• Support domestic and international licensing, regulatory strategy, and direct engagement with global regulators
• Draft and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements
• Support corporate governance and venture financing
• Translate evolving regulatory requirements into actionable business guidance
• Lead high-stakes legal projects and manage outside counsel

Requirements

• JD from a top-tier ABA-accredited law school
• Active U.S. bar membership
• 5-7 years of relevant legal experience in large law firms or in-house roles within financial services or digital assets
• Deep expertise in financial regulation, commercial transactions, and corporate governance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with stablecoin issuance
• Experience with digital asset custody
• Experience with blockchain infrastructure
