Production Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the full production lifecycle: concept, planning, shooting, post-production and delivery for on-site and virtual content
• Manage video and photo shoots across Daos Hub events, community moments and partner activations in Dubai
• Oversee editing, color grading, audio mixing and final asset quality control
• Work closely with SMM Lead, Design and Events teams to align content with campaign goals
• Source, onboard and manage freelance talent and external production agencies
• Maintain and optimize production equipment, tools and operational budgets
• Build and operate a centralized asset library (video, photo, podcast) and production tracker
• Implement livestreaming processes and provide visual direction for live events
• Drive high-volume content production using efficient workflows and AI integration
• Track content performance and iterate on creative outputs using data and feedback
• Develop templates, shoot briefs and repeatable production standards for scale
• Deliver turnkey content packages for internal projects and external clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong portfolio with conferences, branded content, music videos and short-form work
• Proven experience with rapid content production for Reels, TikTok and Shorts
• Experience with livestreaming production and multi-camera event shoots
• Familiarity with editing suites, color grading and audio workflows (e.g., Premiere, DaVinci, Pro Tools)
• Experience building production systems, calendars and freelancer networks
• Comfortable working directly with founders, partners and cross-functional teams
• Interest in integrating AI tools to accelerate editing and content scaling
• Ownership mindset, highly organized and solution-driven
