Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the success of managed services for creators and media businesses by managing language teams
• Onboard and train linguists and audio professionals to use the ElevenLabs platform
• Build quality control and monitoring systems to ensure dubs, audiobooks, and other content sound natural and professional-grade
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize tools and processes for high-quality content creation
• Define editorial lines and creative direction, including style guides, voice casting, and translation principles

Requirements

• Native or native-level proficiency in Japanese or Korean
• Experience running production teams within a Language Service Provider (LSP), localization agency, or media company
• Proven experience managing transcripts, translations, dubs, or audiobooks
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot subtle linguistic or audio inconsistencies
• Ability to provide clear, actionable quality feedback to maintain high production standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the ElevenLabs platform, including the transcript editor, Studio, and dubbing products
• Native-level abilities in multiple non-English languages
