Professional Coach and Content Educator

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 bi-weekly coaching sessions via Zoom focused on mindset development and overcoming learning blockers
• Build trust and accountability with working adults in frontline and supervisor roles
• Provide real-time verbal feedback through roleplays and interactive activities
• Offer scaffolded explanations of key concepts and support learners with time management and prioritization
• Document concise coaching notes and follow-up actions within 72 hours
• Track learner progress and share insights with the coaching team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in career, executive, workplace, or life coaching
• Experience providing study strategies, time management, and concept reinforcement
• Professional experience in financial services, sales, customer service, management, operations, project management, or data analytics
• Highly organized and responsive with ability to manage multiple learners

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in education (teaching, tutoring, or professional training)
• Previous professional experience in banking or financial services
• Coaching certification (ICF, BCC, ICC, or similar)
