Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Manager of Professional Development and Consultancy
• Coordinate the online and in-person implementation and delivery of professional development courses
• Assist in the marketing and sales of courses and the implementation of marketing plans
• Develop and implement methods to retain student engagement throughout courses
• Manage student recruitment, payments, and end-of-course certification
• Administer post-course satisfaction surveys and distribute certificates
• Ensure effective administration of professional development systems and platforms
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of programme data and performance metrics
• Coordinate and strengthen alumni engagement initiatives
• Support the annual Business of Conservation Conference (BCC)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, management, conservation, or a related field
• At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in professional education, administration, or operations
• Experience in the design and delivery of professional development courses
• Competent knowledge of technology platforms for remote, in-person, and hybrid course delivery
• Project management experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for leadership and youth development in Africa
• Interest in conservation and sustainable development
