Professional Development Content Developer

Responsibilities

• Review and revise existing PD/career development content to ensure accuracy and regional relevance
• Use GenAI to localize materials for specific target markets (e.g., converting US-default language to regional equivalents)
• Update and maintain PD content across multiple formats including PPTX, PDF, and DOCX
• Audit and iterate on the current content library to ensure materials stay up-to-date
• Collaborate with other content developers and participate in weekly or ad hoc meetings

Requirements

• Experience in career coaching, career services, or professional development coaching
• Prior teaching, training, or facilitation experience with adult learners
• Excellent written English with a strong editorial eye
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (specifically Google Slides)
• Strong knowledge of resume/CV norms by market and interview coaching frameworks
• Ability to perform market and cultural research for content localization

• Experience working with diverse or underserved learner populations
• Experience working in a dynamic start-up environment
