Professional Services Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Professional Services Engineers and Technical Project Leads
• Drive accountability for delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and technical execution
• Oversee active Networking and Security services engagements to ensure scope adherence and technical quality
• Partner with PMO, Sales, and Practice Leadership to resolve project risks and resource constraints
• Standardize service delivery methodologies, technical documentation, and quality controls
• Serve as a senior escalation point for Networking and Security delivery engagements

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, technical delivery, or engineering leadership
• 3+ years of experience leading technical delivery or engineering teams
• Strong background in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, or infrastructure services
• Experience leading customer-facing implementation, migration, or transformation projects
• Strong understanding of project governance, resource planning, and risk management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
