Program Analyst Senior - Secret Clearance Required

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Estimates at Completion (EACs) and program Spend Plans
• Review and analyze subcontractor invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Manage subcontract Purchase Orders (POs) and Purchase Requests (PRs)
• Lead task order modifications and requests for change (RFCs)
• Design and maintain program controls workbooks using advanced Microsoft Excel
• Conduct travel review processes in accordance with FAR/JTR
• Mentor junior analysts and review work products
• Support project startup and closeout activities

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Finance or related field
• 5+ years of experience in government contracting or financial analysis
• Secret clearance required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, V-Lookups)
• Knowledge of EAC methodologies and EVM principles
• Experience with FAR/DFARS compliance and JTR/FTR regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Process Improvements and Documentation
• Familiarity with Concur and Travel Review
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
• Experience with subcontractor timekeeping and invoicing
