Program Designer, Curriculum

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated curriculum strategies to drive engagement and career outcomes
• Design and maintain curriculum resources across learning tracks aligned with industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party providers for scalable content
• Utilize data insights and learner feedback to refine instructional methods
• Train and support coaches with up-to-date tools and resources
• Design and implement innovative program models and delivery methods
• Execute strategies for evaluating program effectiveness through data analysis
• Design experiments to optimize program delivery and engagement
