Program Director Information Technology (Epic Bridges)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical oversight of an assigned IT segment
• Create and roll out policies and procedures for the IT segment
• Manage vendor relations including contract negotiations and invoice reconciliation
• Perform personnel reviews and evaluations for training and promotion
• Develop and administer IT budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs and productivity standards
• Monitor compliance with Information Systems procedures and policies
• Work with management to implement IT strategies

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Epic Bridges Certification is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in IT project planning and problem management
