Program Manager (ACWS)

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of program execution including cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, and risk
• Manage a program valued at approximately $30M+ per year
• Direct a blended team of platform engineers, security specialists, and data-integration engineers
• Serve as the primary interface to the Army customer to manage expectations and priorities
• Oversee agile delivery, secure hosting, and Authority to Operate activities
• Own financial management, forecasting, staffing plans, and subcontractor performance

Requirements

• 8+ years of program or project management experience with direct P&L accountability for federal programs of $30M+ annually
• Demonstrated success leading large IT services or software modernization programs for the federal government
• Active PMP certification or equivalent experience at scale
• Proven ability to manage prime and subcontractor teams
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and EAC/ETC management
• Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain/maintain)
• U.S. citizenship required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical, business, or management discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience leading U.S. Army programs
• Deep familiarity with Army contracting and DoD procurement policies
