Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering and operations efforts, including managing feature requests and writing business requirements
• Prioritize engineering tasks with internal and OEM stakeholders
• Coordinate national product and major feature launches, including pilots and training
• Provide internal and OEM reporting on account success metrics and program success
• Partner with delivery departments to maintain release notes, training materials, and OEM integrations
• Manage meetings, schedules, and weekly cross-department status calls
• Handle support escalations from OEM and field representatives

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or commensurate experience
• 3+ years of external client management experience
• Understanding of standard SDLC processes and methodologies
• Moderate to advanced skills in Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable presenting to clients and executive leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing SaaS client relationships
• Experience with Jira
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Experience providing software consulting services
