Program Manager, Dubai

Responsibilities

• Oversee the initiative end-to-end, including curriculum adaptation, program planning, budget management, marketing, and recruiting startups and mentors.
• Implement and ensure the successful delivery of the program, optimizing startup engagement and measuring satisfaction.
• Manage partner and client relationships and complete administrative duties.
• Keep track of program data and cohort information, and create reports for stakeholders.
• Lead all program preparation and execution to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Plan and execute social and community engagement activities for program participants and the local startup ecosystem.
• Build brand awareness for 500 Global and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Dubai and wider GCC/MENA startup ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in financial institutions, startups, VC, technology industries, or consultancy businesses.
• 2+ years managing accelerator programs.
• Experience in project or program management.
• Established relationships within the startup ecosystem in Dubai, UAE, and the wider GCC/MENA regions.
• Expertise in project management tools.
• Fluent in English and one or more key regional languages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial or founder experience.
• Experience working with startups, corporations, or government agencies, especially in innovation-driven sectors.
• Strong background in data analysis and reporting.
