Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for complex, high-impact programs
• Champion delivery frameworks using Scrum or hybrid practices
• Coordinate staffing for customer workstreams and manage risk mitigation
• Cultivate trusted relationships with key customer executives and stakeholders
• Manage program resources, budgets, and project financials against forecasts
• Translate objectives into actionable project plans and deliverables
• Mentor and coach less experienced Project Managers
• Lead change management efforts and organizational readiness for transformation

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience with AWS Cloud, Azure, or GCP
• 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager in IT Consulting or IT Services
• PMP Certification in good standing
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) in good standing
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Cloud Practitioner (CCP) Certification
