Program Manager, Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS)

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-procurement, operational readiness, and RFA/RFP response development for LTSS programs
• Oversee program performance, regulatory compliance, and process improvement initiatives
• Manage assigned team members, including supervision, evaluation, and administrative duties
• Develop budgets and operating plans for the program
• Collaborate across clinical, operational, network, and community-based teams to ensure person-centered service delivery
• Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status and analyze risks

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3 years experience managing people, processes, or projects
• Strong project management, analytical, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Medicaid managed care and LTSS programs
