Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide program strategies aligned with company and client goals
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of strategic projects
• Define program goals, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
• Establish program governance, including communication plans and reporting mechanisms
• Manage cross-functional project teams through influence, providing direction and guidance
• Monitor and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the program
• Facilitate decision-making processes and issue resolution to keep programs on track

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of industry experience in Managed Care or Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM)
• Proven experience in program management overseeing complex initiatives
• Experience within a Project Management Office (PMO) or Client Implementation team
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies and tools
• Experience with AI and Vendor Integrations
• Willingness and ability to travel 20%-25%

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Managed Care, PBM, or Healthcare sectors
• Executive level presence and advanced problem-solving skills
